Bio
Professional Educational Consulting
MRImpact Consulting, LLC is founded by Marvin Rainey, a Louisiana educator with a proven track record of impacting teaching and learning globally. Marvin is a 2019 Paul Bambrick Leverage Leadership Institute Gold Distinction Fellow, a former University of Virginia School Turnaround Principal, a former principal of the year as well as elementary teacher of the year in one of the largest school districts in Louisiana. Marvin has traveled the United States attending and presenting at local, state, and national conferences. In 2018, Marvin completed a year-long mission project which required three visits to Trinidad and Tobago. His mission work focused on education and healthcare awareness. Mr. Marvin Rainey offers professional consulting around school turnaround/sustainability structures and systems and leadership development.
